We are the ATCF
Founded by businesses in the adventure travel and outdoor industries, the ATCF membership is dedicated to protecting threatened communities, cultures, and wild places to preserve their cultural and recreational integrity. Our members are adventure travel and outdoor industry leaders who have come together and stepped forward to advocate and support projects that allow sustainable adventure tourism to grow into the future.

Protecting People & Mountain Gorillas
“Receiving this grant from the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund will enable us to strengthen our education campaign that is reducing zoonotic disease transmission between people and gorillas and bringing about desired behavior change through a community-driven One Health model at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. We are very excited to receive this funding, which will improve the protection of almost half (43%) of the world’s endangered mountain gorillas by improving the health of their human neighbours through our work at Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH). We are seeking a skilled, successful, and experienced Fundraising Consultant. Raising sufficient capacity funding is critical to the future success of the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund (ATCF). We are looking to raise funds primarily to support our operations/capacity, and to also increase our grant funds.
