Browse and bid on once-in-a-lifetime trips, world-class gear, and unique experiences donated by companies who believe that protecting the places we explore is worth fighting for. Proceeds support the ATCF's work funding grassroots, community-led conservation projects protecting the world's most vital wildlife, ecosystems, and cultural landscapes. Thanks to the collective action of our members and bidders, we've funded 53 conservation projects in 28 countries and we're aiming to do even more in 2026.

The ATCF auction showcases companies who are leaders in conservation and sustainable tourism. We look for donors who prioritize environmental stewardship, support local communities, and operate with integrity in the adventure travel industry.

Donation Guidelines

Travel Experiences

Duration: Minimum 3-night stay for multi-day trips and lodging

Traveler Information:

We prefer donations for two persons double occupancy, however, If your donation covers only 1 traveler, please consider offering a discounted rate for additional travelers
Clearly indicate room configuration: single room or shared room (specify mixed-gender or same-gender if shared)

Exclusions: All additional expenses must be clearly stated in your donation description (flights, meals, activities, park fees, equipment rentals, etc.)

Restrictions: Provide complete details on blackout dates, booking windows, expiration dates, and any terms and conditions. Travel dates should include 2027 or beyond; earlier departures may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gear | Service | Other Donations

Value: Donation must have a minimum value of $50

Shipping Information: At minimum, you must be willing to ship the item directly to the auction winner within the continental U.S. if applicable.

Tax Deduction

For donors within the US: All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. ATCF will provide a donation receipt for your records.

What to Expect

Donation submissions will be accepted until August 1.
Donate through one of the links above (travel, gear, other).
- Provide complete description of experience/item including all restrictions, blackout dates, expiration dates, exclusions, and terms and conditions
- Supply 5-7 high-quality photos (minimum 1200x800 pixels) or product images
- Confirm retail/fair market value of donation
The ATCF will build your donation on the auction website and send a link for your final approval.
- All donations submitted before the deadline of August 1 will be promoted on ATCF social media and LinkedIn channels, newsletters, and the ATCF website.
- The ATCF will provide donors with an ‘auction toolkit’ with branding, imagery, and digital media for promotion.
ATCF will facilitate introductions between you and the auction winner
- You will coordinate directly with the winner regarding specific travel dates and booking details, or shipping details
- ATCF does not facilitate trip planning; however, we may reach out with questions on behalf of bidders in some cases
- Honor donation as described for 12 months from auction close date
- Provide any necessary vouchers, certificates, or booking information directly to winner
- Donation submissions are accepted until August 1, 2026
- Final details and photos must be submitted by August 1, 2026
- Auction period: September 27 through mid-October 2026
- Winner coordination: October/November 2026
A tax receipt for the fair market value will be sent in October following the auction.
