The ATCF Auction brings together the best of the adventure travel world behind a shared mission: protecting the places that make adventure possible. Browse and bid on once-in-a-lifetime trips, world-class gear, and unique experiences donated by companies who believe that protecting the places we explore is worth fighting for. Proceeds enable ATCF to support grassroots, community-led conservation projects protecting the world's most vital wildlife, ecosystems, and cultural landscapes. Thanks to the collective action of our members and bidders, we've funded 53 conservation projects in 28 countries and we're aiming to do even more in 2026.

The ATCF auction showcases companies who are leaders in conservation and sustainable tourism. We look for donors who prioritize environmental stewardship, support local communities, and operate with integrity in the adventure travel industry.
Donation Guidelines
Travel Experiences
Duration: Minimum 3-night stay for multi-day trips and lodging
Traveler Information:
We prefer donations for two persons double occupancy, however, If your donation covers only 1 traveler, please consider offering a discounted rate for additional travelers
Clearly indicate room configuration: single room or shared room (specify mixed-gender or same-gender if shared)
Exclusions: All additional expenses must be clearly stated in your donation description (flights, meals, activities, park fees, equipment rentals, etc.)
Restrictions: Provide complete details on blackout dates, booking windows, expiration dates, and any terms and conditions. Travel dates should include 2027 or beyond; earlier departures may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Value: Donation must have a minimum value of $50
Shipping Information: At minimum, you must be willing to ship the item directly to the auction winner within the continental U.S. if applicable.

ATCF will facilitate introductions between you and the donor/tour operator after the auction closes. From there, you'll work directly with the donor to coordinate travel dates, availability, and booking details. ATCF does not manage trip planning or availability on your behalf—all coordination happens directly between you and the donor.
If you have questions about a specific trip's availability or details before placing a bid, please email us at rachel@atconservationfund.org and we can connect you with the donor. However, please note that availability inquiries are handled directly between you and the donor—ATCF facilitates the introduction but does not manage scheduling on your behalf.

Yes! The auction is open to bidders worldwide. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen to bid. However, please note that some gear donations may have shipping restrictions. Be sure to review the item details carefully before bidding.

Auction proceeds support ATCF's mission and operations, enabling us to fund grassroots conservation projects led by indigenous and local communities protecting ecosystems and cultural resources around the world.

Donation submissions will be accepted until August 1.

Supply 5-7 high-quality photos (minimum 1200x800 pixels) or product images
Confirm retail/fair market value of donation
The ATCF will build your donation on the auction website and send a link for your final approval.

All donations submitted before the deadline of August 1 will be promoted on ATCF social media and LinkedIn channels, newsletters, and the ATCF website.
The ATCF will provide donors with an ‘auction toolkit’ with branding, imagery, and digital media for promotion.

ATCF will facilitate introductions between you and the auction winner
You will coordinate directly with the winner regarding specific travel dates and booking details, or shipping details
ATCF does not facilitate trip planning; however, we may reach out with questions on behalf of bidders in some cases
Honor donation as described for 12 months from auction close date
Provide any necessary vouchers, certificates, or booking information directly to winner
